What to include

A few details up front will get you a useful answer on the first reply rather than the third:

Billing or refunds
The email address on your account and roughly when the charge appeared. Never send full card numbers - they are not needed and should not travel by email.
Account access
The email you signed up with. If it is a password problem, try the reset link on the sign-in page first, since that solves most of them immediately.
Deleting your account
Send the request from the email address on the account, so it can be verified as yours. See the Privacy Policy for what is removed.
A content correction
Which chapter, rhythm, or question, and what looks wrong. These are genuinely welcome - corrections from working techs and nurses have already improved this material, and clinical accuracy matters more here than being right the first time.
Something is broken
What page, what you tapped, and what happened instead. Phone or computer, and which browser, if you know.
Group or institutional use
Roughly how many learners and what setting - program, hospital unit, or monitoring company.

What this is not for

Two things worth saying plainly.

No patient information. Do not email real strips, records, or anything identifying a patient. This is an educational site, not a clinical system, and it is not a HIPAA-covered environment. Questions about a real rhythm belong with your supervising clinician.

No clinical advice. Questions about how to read a rhythm in general are welcome and interesting. Questions about a specific patient in front of you are not something this site can answer, and it would be wrong to try.

Response times

This site is run by one person who also works in the field, so replies are usually within a few days rather than the same hour. Billing problems get looked at first.
